Learn to Move FASTER & Catch HARDER in both the Snatch and the Clean.
There are two parts to the drill:
- BUTT: Flex your ass, hard and fast
- STOMP: Catch the bar at the exact same time as you aggressively stomp your feet
These should happen back-to-back, like a double-bass drum. You pop off the hips, then instantly you catch.
WARNING: Don’t “half-ass” the flexing of your butt! You want to WHOLE-ASS this 😉
