Daily Doubles! Weekly Weightlifting Workouts: August 31 – September 6

We’re in the 4th week of a squat strength cycle. We’ve got one more after this. Next week will be a kind of taper, or at least as close to one as I’m willing to let someone do, LOL. This week is more about ramping up your intensity in both your speed and in your weights.
