David Dellanave Teaches You How To Improve Your Deadlift, Avoid Injury, And Be A Better Coach In This MASSIVE Personal Interview
David Dellanave is a deadlifting evangelist and a fitness intellectual – not afraid of science 🙂
He is the head coach and owner of Movement Minneapolis in the Twin Cities, as well a frequent contributor to many of the worlds top fitness magazines, and husband to another well-known fitness coach, Jen Sinkler.
In his new book, Off The Floor, he sets out to expand your mind about the Deadlift and the MANY variations that you can use to improve yourself as an athlete.
His love of training and his passion for pulling made this a particularly fun interview to conduct. While I had met his wife previously in person, when she ran a seminar at our gym, I’d never had the chance to sit down with David before. I didn’t know what to expect.
Man… I was really impressed by him!
His knowledge of training, his depth of experience, and his obvious commitment to being the best coach he can be for his clients was obvious.
There is much to learn from David Dellanave <— I pronounced this wrong at the start. It sounds even cooler than you’d expect.
