Flying Swan Pulls: Advanced Shoulder Strength & Mobility Drill

May 9, 2015 by Nick Horton

Ready for something more advanced? I’ve got a tough shoulder strength & mobility drill for you — In today’s episode of Weightlifting Academy!

The Flying Swan Pull is an advanced version of the “regular” Swan Pull. Once you’ve built the core strength and the shoulder strength, you might find that this version kicks your ass in all the right ways.

Be sure you brace your core (and flex dat ass) while you do these to protect your lower back! If you can’t do that properly, then you’re not ready for these.

Now go lift something heavy,
