“I hate you and your squat program,” Amy said, “My legs are jelly, mother f’er!!”
“Good, that means you’re doing something right” I responded.
“My ass better grow exponentially…”
I’d like to say that Amy’s response to starting on my squat program is abnormal, but … that would be a lie 🙂
At this point, I’m concerned if by the 2nd week, I’m not receiving death threats.
As crazy as this sounds (seriously, brace yourself) … there is a correlation between results and insanely hard work.
Here’s what Tamara told me yesterday about her lifter Adrian who has been on my squat program, “Adrian added 20k to his squat in the last 3 weeks. He squatted 90, 93, 95, 100 today. All PR’s.”
Yes, that’s a 10k PR in one day!
Like Amy’s reaction, results like this are not at all rare (I told you about a similar result yesterday).
If you’re willing to work, and you aren’t the kind of person who gives up on their goals, then you’re exactly the kind of person who is going to see massive gains from my programs – which I fully admit are not even close to easy 🙂
I’m opening up early-bird registration for the next 21-Day Squat Challenge (starting January 1st) in a few days. Early birds get a huge discount, FYI.
Till then, check out Adrian hitting some new found squat numbers! Yay!
Speaking of hard work and results, you can join our weightlifting school for less than the price of a cup of coffee at the Starbucks I’m writing this in …
Now go lift something heavy,
