“Quality vs Quantity” is a false dichotomy – they are not opposites, they are complements! They go together just fine. In fact, if you don’t have BOTH high quality AND high quantity, you simply won’t get the kind of results that you are looking for.
I know that you know that… but your knowledge has to alter your behavior before we can call it wisdom. In order for what you know to become a part of who you are, you have to TRAIN it.
Here’s a way to practice this: Stop counting reps, start counting high quality sets. Do only as many reps per set as you can with great technique. Then do as many of these high-quality sets as humanly possible. Get the best of both worlds, don’t settle for just one.
