Join Tamara for the Pushup and Pullup Challenge. Our next challenge starts Monday, June 19!
1. Do a set up pushups or pullups (or both) on the first day of the challenge.
2. Your initial score is the maximum number of consecutive reps in that set.
3. Spend the next 30 days working on your pushups and pullups. Be sure to watch the videos and read the articles below so you know what to do!
4. Do a set of pushups or pullups on the last day of the challege.
You do not have to follow a specific program. There is no fee. There are no prizes. Really, I just made this up last year when I was working on pushups and pullups and thought it would be fun to have a group do it with me.
